Can't login with IE to DH-NVR608-32-4KS2

Have 2 , DH-NVR608-32-4KS2 both doing same issues across a couple computers.
One has the firmware that came with it and one I installed from dahuawiki
System Version:3.210.0003.0, Build Date: 2016-07-14

I've tried deleting the programfiles(x86)/webrec
Tried disabling adons and also clearing them from registry...

Everytime I login the NVR (hooked up to monitors) blinks blank like a reset and then it will say "invalid login". It will even logout the admin.
 
Is their such thing where a computer gets ie plugin corruption. Its odd like nvr doesn't like the computer and doesnt allow the login. i can get it to login by clearing the plugin and on the first install. when i close the browser and come back it doesn't login
 
Did more troubleshooting. Factory reset and could login. Added settings and it still showed web connections.
The moment I add a camera a remote web ie connection boots me and does a reset on display (blinks blacks).
Anyone know why adding a camera should jam a remote ie login?
