Can't Save Video Settings Hikvision Turrets

Hi, I purchased a couple of turret cams.

Whenever I try and save the audio/video settings, I just get a popup in the lower right that says "device error", and nothing gets saved.

I'd post a picture, but it is asking me for a URL???
Anyway it is the screen where you adjust the camera's resolution, frame rate,etc.

The 3345 has the following firmware version:V5.3.6 build 151103

Any idea how I can adjust the settings?

You can upload a picture by looking for the black button that says upload a file, you first must save the picture to your computer/device,example picture below . You adjust all the settings within the camera. Your camera should have a static IP or reserved in your router. Type the ip adderss of the camera in your browser enter login info you can adjust the settings .
