Can't see video from remote location

Hey all,

I have just bought Sricam SP009.
Whenever i am connected with my cellular to the home network (where the camera is connected to) - all works ok. Whenever I leave the house though and connected via 4G, the video is loading with a black screen, but stays like this until timed out.
Any idea how to solve?

Did you make sure that the cams were properly port forwarded?
