Cant turn up volume on Android BI app

I can't get camera volume to play on my Android BI app. I have the volume (speaker icon) clicked on the camera when viewing but still nothing. I noticed on my Android volume controls I have a separate BI volume level but I can't adjust it. Does anyone know a fix for this?
