I recently changed the password on the web service (accessing this service via my laptop, going to the IP address of the nvr).
I didn't realise it broke access of the doorbell cam (VTO2311R-WP) to the monitor (VTH2421FW). I can't view the doorbell cam when someone rings, and I can't' view it when I access it via the monitor. I was however able to unscrew/rescrew the doorbell cam, which made the DMSS app ask for the password. I was able to add my new password, which has allowed me to view the doorbell cam on my phone.
Can someone please point me to what I need to do to be able to view the doorbell cam on my monitor once again?
