Car Parked on the Corner

The person behind the wheel appears to be smoking an unknown object. Only the very top of the item is visible. At the 36 second mark the same person stares directly at the camera. A couple of days later the car broke down on the corner. That video starts just after the 1 minute mark. The car is a 1999 Ford Mustang.

That young man was fortunate enough to have that inhaler for his asthma attack. He clearly looks more sedate and breathing after medicating.

He got so messed up from whatever was in that "inhaler" when he parked in front of your place @1:08 the whole ass end of his Mustang was sticking out into the lane coming uphill, causing at least one car (@ 1:37) to have to go over their yellow line to avoid him. He's f*cked up.

So good to know there's a lot more like him out there driving the same roads as your loved ones.
