cat6 run with 230V

Hi

I have 25metre run , where there is an existing Cat6 cable ran in the same conduit as mains 230v , will this cause problems ?
I wanted to install a Poe reolink door bell at the other end.

Ideally you shouldn't run power and data with 30cm of each other.
You certainly shouldn't run them in the same conduit.

Ya was an electrician ran the old cable , also spliced it in 2 separate spots instead of a continuous run , I think he thought it was electrical cable.

Is it pointless trying to use this ?

I wouldn't be using that electrician again for any data work.
As for using it, I wouldn't.
