Is it possible to change camera (C3A) serial number? I was thinking to use CFG files from Ezviz PC studio or Hikvision device network SDK. I know I am missing correct check sum, but have no ide, where is located check sum for S/N. Or is there another possibility to change SN e.g. serial port? Reason is that, camer has been bought as used, and previous owner did not remove it from account and I would like to use it. I have been in touch with ezviz/hikvision support, but I was told, that they do not see full email of previous owner as well they are not able to unbind camera, even I sent them that I have complete packing of camera. I have attached config exports from both above mentioned config exports, I will be really thanksful if somebody could help.
