Channel 0 is not listed among other channels

Hello to all,

I have recently set up a HIKvision DVR, the DS-7204HTHI-K1 Turbo HD.
I have connect 4 x 4K AHD 5MP Hik Vision Cameras.

My issue is that despite the Zero-Channel is enabled inside the DVR settings, is not listed in the Hik-Connect app in order to select it, despite that the option Show Channel Zero is active in the app settings.
Also, the channel is not listed in the IVMS 4200 Client.

Am I doing something wrong?
