We have upgraded our NVR and optics (although the old system was very "successful", let's say).
Moving from a Revo (2009-ish?) to a Lorex 4K NVR IP Cam solution so it's a bit of an upgrade hopefully across the board.
We have it installed in a moderate crime area and still making tweaks. System details in my signature.
