China PTZ Camera always change position after power back

Hi, I have problem with china ptz camera. When power down and then back ptz change camera position to another. How I can off this function ? It is always different position.
And there is any chance to use tour in this camera ? I want make three point where camera will stop for 15min and then go to another point for next 15min.

Is there not a PTZ power up position you can set? What is the camera?

A cheap camera probably won’t have a tour feature. The gears/motor wouldn’t hold up to it.
