hello all,
I just bought a IP 360 camera from China (no name) and it have a issue regarding the auto tracking: is rocking every ware or does not follow person. when detects a person instead of following her it deviate in opposite direction and after way up. On static the camera manages to identify humans (it frames them into rectangles)

Many cheap PTZs being sold are just that - cheap and a toy.

Send it back and get a real one.

Auto-tracking is hard to do right. That doesn't prevent a lot of CCTV camera manufacturers from offering it because they know that particular feature draws people's attention and they will sell more products with it even if their implementation is terrible.

You are not going to "fix" that camera. It is also unlikely that the manufacturer will ever "fix" it with a firmware upgrade. wittaj advice is really the only solution - return that camera and expect to pay a lot (I'm guessing $400 USD or higher) for a camera that actually does autotracking at a mediocre level. If you expect to get a camera that excels at autotracking, you are going to have to pay a lot more than that.
