choice of the hikvision IP video door phone

Hi everyone, I ask for help from someone who knows about hikvision ip video intercoms. there are many models and I don't understand the difference, I need a model all managed in the ip system. I am attaching some models, could you tell me the difference?

These are all the same model software-wise, but the mounting is different.

DS-KD8003: the actual doorbell module with nothing else. Same as DS-KD8003-IME1. Needs a housing to install (with 1, 2 or 3 modules).
DS-KD8003-IME1/S: silver version of the doorbell.
DS-KD8003/Surface: Module with housing that needs to be installed on the wall.
DS-KD8003/Flush: Module with housing that needs to be installed in the wall.
