Cleaning camera lenses

Hello,

I have noticed gradual image quality decline in some of my cameras.

I have cleaned the lenses in the past and it seems to improve it.

What do you guys use to clean your cameras? I use lens cleaner wipes, but I'm wondering if these lenses degrade in the UV light and could benefit from polishing.
