I am running BI 3.66 and I noticed some disrepancies to the player start time of a clip. I have 4 foscams that are set to record continously, as well as 4 cams from a q-see NVR that are set to record only if triggered by motion.
For the foscams, whenever I double-click on an Alert image to play a clip, it always plays approximately 30 seconds prior to the event. So I always have to fast forward 30 seconds to see the actual event. Interestingly, for the q-see cameras, there is no such issue, the clip always plays at the exact time of the triggered event.
I looked far and wide for a way to change this but couldn't find it. Does anyone know if there's a setting I can change so the clip always plays at the exact time the triggered event occur?
