Clips disappearing periodically

For some reason, my clips disappear periodically. The database is 1.2 Gb but even when I repair it previous clips are gone. I would appreciate any help to correct this.

It has to be a setting in your clips and archiving. Look at each one of those and you will probably find one that is deleting by age instead of storage.

Alerts only has a size restriction, not a date. However, based on your suggestion, I removed based on time from every type of clip.
