I still don't really think he was looking at the camera when he spun around and kept going. He was looking more into my yard towards my picture window or front door. There's a motion light that might've been on above the car in the bottom of the frame. These two kids were scoping out cars and trying door handles the other night. I think he just wasn't attracted to my car for some reason. My neighbour had two vehicles next to mine that they didn't examine either. Probably a good thing because he rarely locks his doors and says he left his cell phone in the truck that night. The last time he got hit his phone was stolen but one of the kids left himself logged into Facebook on the phone after he got caught and the phone was returned. Lost of pics of him doing drugs and glamming up thug life. The worst part was that apparently his mom sends him and his twin brother out stealing and sells her kids their drugs. Poor buggers never had a chance.

The cam was a Huisun 10x MiniPTZ zoomed in a bit more than it is normally to cover my car so that it caught traffic on the road a bit better. It was a bit foggy that night. That one provided the best shot of Number 13 and his East Coast Pirates shirt. His buddy was wearing a blue hoodie but stayed too far from the PTZ to get a good shot.
