Getting the hang of it

I have four of these cubes that have been running for about 3 1/2 years without any problems. Recently I've been having an issue with one of them. This particular one appears to have lost its username and password.
I can ping the camera. I can access the login screen but it won't accept the username and password. I've only used one password since I changed the default (12345) and it won't accept mine or the default.
According to the manual there's no way to reset it to the default configuration unless I can get to the "Maintenance Interface". Without being able to login, that's impossible.
The camera is on the east coast and I'm on the west coast so there's no way I can just drive over and take the camera down.
Is there any way to have someone on that end do something to force a reset?
