connecting BI to WatchNet nvr

I am trying to connect a WatchNet NVR to Blue Iris to get some legacy cameras brought into it. When I perform the inspect in BI, it calls up a generic Camera. I spoke to WatchNet and they said that their NVR supports RTSP on 554 and the command line was as follows

rtsp://admin:user@192.168.10.3:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1
The camera supports both TCP and UDP transmission forms.

Attached is a screen shot when I run the inspect

I also get No Signal - RTSP 404 not found on the screen
The NVR is an WatchNet E-240008RTSH

Any help is appreciated

1) I see no screenshot.
2) WatchNET can be a rebranded Dahua...in camera config page, select the 'Dahua' dropdown and below it try 'Main Stream RTSP' and choose camera number (below 'path') . If no joy, try the other flavors under Dahua.
