Connecting NVR to Stream media Server

Hello All.
I have a 64ch nvr. On server i have installed stream media server (sms)
All client pc s are connected to this. So they are getting the stream from sms.

However there are like 8x 8ch nvr and 5x 16ch nvr in the warehouse, all mounted behind monitor.
I have added lan ip of 64ch nvr then selected wanted channels, however the nvr has a max incoming limit so this method doesnt work now. I wonder if its possible to connect these to the sms. In that case i would need rtsp link of sms and the channel number . As i have seen hik has stopped with sms. They have hikcentral now. If need we can also change to that one if it will solve the issue.

Yes sms has been transferred to HikCentral. Ivms4200 with sms is out of support.

Thanks for the reply. However my question remains unanswered. It was actually about if its possible for the nvr to get the stream from the stream media server. Right now only windows clients can connect.
