Connecting RCA HSDB2A with Laview firmware to Amazon Alexa won't detect

I have an RCA HSDB2A with the Laview Firmware. It works fine with my Laview One software on my phone, and it is fine in iVMS-4200. However, I have tried connecting it with the Amazon skill and it will not detect the doorbell. I already went in and allowed it, and signed into my Laview Account through Alexa. Is there something else that I need to do?
 
Ok, well finally got an answer from LaView. They dropped this feature :(
