Connection Error - "not a remote account"

New, thanks for having me. Everything was working fine for two months using NGROK tunnel. Last week the connection was lost for some reason. Now, when I try to reconnect through NGROK or localhost:81, I get to the BI login screen and enter username and password, but receive the error message, “not a remote account”. I am getting through to my server, but Blue Iris is shutting me out for some reason. I’ve tried turning off all firewalls and virus protection, no luck. When I purposefully put in the wrong password, I receive the message, “no matching user/pw,” so I know that I’m reaching my server. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
