I have three DS-2CD2132F-I cameras. I connect for live view etc frequently from either an Android tablet or phone using iVMS-4500. Connectivity is via port forwarding and DDNS.
I also occasionally connect via my Windows PC using iVMS-4200 and the local addresses.
This morning I have a repeat of something I only experienced a month or so ago:
From the tablet, I can connect to live view OK. From my phone I cannot, I get the message "No more user can be logged in". From my PC, I get the error code iVMS-4200.exe[302].(Camera is disabled or not connected).
I can ping the cameras on the desktop and telnet on port 8000 connects, so local connectivity seems OK.
If power down the POE switches and reboot the cameras as I was forced to last time I should be back to normal. Although I wonder if this state is transient (what if I were unable to reboot the cams). Any ideas why this may have occurred and why one device out of the three works?
