Connection problem

I bought Hikvision DS-2DE3A404IW-DE(S6) camera which is connected to POE NVR but when I log in it goes into offline mode or not connected, the NVR is Xmeye -Any help please???

Did you log into camera's webGUI, enable ONVIF and create an ONVIF user/password?
Then use that same user/pass in the NVR's ONVIF setup for that camera.
Reboot camera, give the NVR some time to locate and setup for the camera.
