Anybody here going this year? I started going to this show in the mid 90's and always look forward to the January show. It will be interesting to see the latest advancements in AI. Last year there were a few booths and exhibits dedicated to AI. This year I anticipate many more. Along with the amazing growth in restaurant automation and automation in general.
