Continuous record with motion emails?

So I have already figured out that on a Hikvision NVR there is no way to have continuous recording and see when motion is detected at the same time. I was wondering if you could maybe have the individual cameras send emails when they record motion on a continuous recording schedule per the NVR? This is the only way I can think of maybe doing this. Any other ideas or how to do this?

This exactly what i do mate.

I have continuous record with the motion alerts sending a mail with three snapshots to a gmail account i have set up specifically for my camera. It works well but you do get a lot of false alarms with motion however you set the bloody thing up. 2 mins a day to go through the mails.

All done through the camera settings as i have no Nvr just an SD card.
