I'm trying to have 24 hours of all my cameras saved and overwritten, while also saving the alerts until I run out of second storage drive space. I'm storing all my short term stuff on the local SSD and want to move the older stuff to the HDD. Currently, I have 10 GB set aside on the SSD that is made up of motion alerts. I just had someone speed through my lawn and destroy everything in their path but it didn't trigger a motion alert (because it was too fast?). Is there a way to save that? Maybe set up a camera twice; once as a continuous camera saved to the folder that holds a single day of video, then leave the alerts as they are that get copied to the HDD?
