Ctronics Blue Iris configurations

I purchased a Ctronics CTIPC-590C wireless PTZ camera. I've been working for a couple of days on the config for the Blue Iris (5.3.2.11) interface. Since this is an older version, I was wondering if the insitu configurations may have been altered/upgraded for this newer camera.
I don't want to invest money in a newer version of BI if it doesn't address the problem. The generic onvif configuration sees the camers as a Foscam compatable version but does not function as such. Any suggestions from the gifted minds that reside here?

It still sees it as a Foscam compatible. I've owned it through numerous versions of BI. That said, everything works here. What isn't working for you?

Thanks for replying. Both video channels are not visible through BI. Both are visible thru the web interface and the phone app. Onvif software can locate the camera, but can't connect to the RTSP . ??

Thry the following with VLC and see if it works:

Code:
rtsp:/Camera-IP:554/11
and
Code:
rtsp:/Camera-IP:554/12
NOTE: Be sure to use 2 "/" after "rtsp:"

BTW, can you log into the camera's webGUI with a browser to the camera's IP address?

Sorry, I don't have VLC on that machine. It is designated for BI only, plus a couple of ONVIF search tools. The online info has the RTSP streams just as you have done. They appear to be working from the camera, just not connecting to BI.

Thanks for al the assist guys. The general ideas helped me figure it out. It seems as though Ctronics has not tested any of its products with Blue Iris. I started playing with the different configurations in BI and found a combination of
configurations under Generic/Onvif, along with channel designations, and Foscam PTZ controls actually worked. You would think Ctronics would want to be associated with BI to sell more cameras. Or is that just me....

It's free, very small, easy to install, a link provided and is a terriffic troubleshooting tool.

Care to share and maybe help some else?

A screen shot of your camera configuration pgae at "Camera"Settings" => "Video" = "Configure" would do that.
