What template are you running? I am using Video Player and I don't have the Refresh Interval field.

I did something to make it work.

I don't know what all made the difference other than using the Image template and not the Video Player, but I removed the password for the Admin account in BI and also tried a camera that did not have a spaced name. After it worked that way I found out it wants an underscore and not a space.
