Greetings. Just got my first security camera, the Dahua 1320s-wifi. The instructions that came in the box are minimal, at best. I got the camera working with both Easyviewer Lite and Easy4ip. I streams nicely to my mobile. However, I don't know how to activate the motion sensor feature of the camera... nothing in the "manual" and nothing in the software. Nor do I know how to get a push notification. Also the time stamp on the recording is totally wrong and there's nothing on how to set it. From my username, you can tell I'm lost. I have emailed Dahua Support and haven't heard back, nor have I heard from the guy who sold it to me. Is there a site that has a complete manual? Do I need different software? I'm very frustrated and am about to give them crappy reviews, not for their hardware, but for their documentation.

You'll setup the motion, NTP Time Servers, TimeZones, etc on the camera's webUI, Dahua will not support end users that was a waste of time.. they are an OEM not a Retailer, its up to the people you purchased it from to provide you with support.

I am pretty sure push notifications require a Dahua NVR, dont expect that to work w/just a standalone camera.

Leaving poor reviews because your own level of incompetence is probably a poor idea, you bought professional products.. ie, ment to be installed and setup by pro's.. not end consumers who dont know which way is up... DIY is fine, but you must learn this on your own; otherwise you'll pay someone who does know.

The seller sent me a link to their 112 page manual. Happy to say I was able to get most of the camera's features working. No professional install needed, and no bad reviews for Dahua. But definitely a learning curve... so I would agree that it isn't for everyone.
