Dahua 4104-P peeps and error HD LED lights up

Today My Dahua NVR 4104-P starts to peep and I see the HD error LED lights up. I am not sure what is causing this peep, but could it be a warning that data is overwritten by new one ? According to my log the system warns me the disk is running low. I have programmed the NVR to overwrite the disk when full. I exchanged my HDD from my 1 TB HDD, which gave me the same error and I presumed this HDD was faulty, but this smaller 500 GB one gave me the same error too.

Is this linked to a particular firmware and if so, which latest version should I choose to upgrade my NVR and where to get this latest firmware ?

Did you get this fixed? I have a 4116-p and never have these problems.

Have you checked to see that your HD is compatible there is a list of compatible drives that you can find by doing a Google search. I got a 2tb Western Digital Purple drive.
