Trying to get my 42212TNI camera to use the auto tracking in BI but no luck. I do use it with another Dahua model but not this one so far.
I've turned off the cameras Motion Detect & IVS (temporarily) and let BI have sole control of the camera for testing this.
I know BI auto tracking is still in beta but for this area of the house it should be 'ok'
I also read this camera should have auto tracking but it's not there. I even tried to see if I could upgrade my firmware:
current is System VersionV2.800.0000000.6.R.R4.1217.3S.NR, Build Date: 2021-07-05
PTZ might be outdated... V2.300.0000000.10.RHNP_170926_24381 (maybe that's why I can't find auto track in OEM sw?)
Anyway, in BI I have the camera set to ONVIF so it pulled everything in from the camera.
Suggestions please?
