Somehow, Newegg, not one of its resellers, but USA-based Newegg themselves, has Dahua's 4K (8 megapixel) @ 15 FPS cameras for sale at prices lower than you can find on Aliexpress. And I think they are not even chinese region, given the EN slapped on their product numbers.

Both are listed as having 4mm lenses.

Bullet $320:

Dome $310:

These are the best prices I've seen on a 4K IP camera yet. If this had been available a year ago I might have bought two. But now I've already upgraded my two most important cams to 4 megapixel for $90 each. I'm not sure I want to buy a $320 8 megapixel camera anymore. I'd rather wait for the price to drop to the $150 ballpark.

Don't you need a 4K nvr for these?

To take full advantage, yes. But just about any PC-based NVR is resolution independent so I've been ready for 4k cameras since 2013 or earlier...

What 2 cameras did you get for the $90 mark? Pros and Cons?

Looks like they jacked the bullet up to $395 now. It doesn't appear to be $320 anymore. The other camera is still discounted however. I wonder if it was a mistake for them to post it so low at $320 for the one week.

1/2.3" sensor eeek

I found an Alibaba guy that will do $500 for a pack of the 12mp version (and its quite nice except for the dome reflection issue at night)
