Just got this NVR from Andy yesterday, have been spending last night and today setting things up. Main question so far is with "face detection"... I am trying to get it working with the IPC-Color4k-x.
I'm sure I am missing something obvious, but can't figure it out so far. I've gone into the camera settings itself, via a laptop connected straight to the NVR using Internet Explorer.
Set IVS with Face Detection, then to face detection tab, set up the drawing of box, set to send e-mail, etc.. but I'm not getting anything. I have OSD checked and was getting a counter going up, but that's it.
Hints, suggestions? Thank you all...
