Hello,
After updating,
My 5xxx4K series device turns off at the logo screen and restarts,
do you have any solution suggestions?
 
Do several hard resets using the reset button on the camera. Let it attempt to boot after each reset. The recommendations around here is to do three such resets prior to installing a firmware update, and three resets after installing the update.

Are you sure that you installed the correct firmware for the camera model?
 
USB UBoot update might be worth trying has saved me a few times, do you know your current firmware build date?

usb portunu denedim ama maalesef çözüm olmadı
