Dahua Alarm Box ARB 1606?

I am wondering if anyone has used a Dahua ARB 1606 alarm box with their NVR. I have been using the two alarm outputs on my NVR to trigger animatronic devices for Halloween decorations and was thinking of adding an alarm box to increase the number of alarm outputs to six. As visitors enter my yard, the motion detected by the cameras has worked great at triggering Alexa routines for the displays. So, just wondering if the alarm box would be a worthwhile purchase.
