Dahua backup issues

Hi all,

Newbie here. Recently had a 6 camera system installed, dhi-nvr 4108hs-8p-4ks2, and am having some issues with backing up. Trying to run manual backup to external hdd with plenty of space free, when selecting “add” to find files from chosen times and channels not all files are found for backup. The problem is getting worse, currently only finding 30gb of files when recording about 350gb a day.

How are trying to backup your files? Did you login to the nvr web gui or are you trying to just plug into the usb on the nvr?
I have only used the web gui to export files. The nvr's gui is very buggy compared to the nvr web gui. You may have to update the fw on nvr.
