Dahua camera PTZ telemetary not working

Hi

I have my dahua camera hooked to my hikvision nvr

I need to know What PTZ Protocol setting

and adrress range NVR gives 0-255 range to choose from

the camera is on picture displays and zoom in and out works camera will not tilt or pan , i must have a setting not rithg in the PTZ Parameter settings????

Aynone know what would be causing this ????

Can you give us the camera model number? If it's an IP PTZ, you shouldn't have to worry about the address or protocol, you may need to enable PTZ for the channel that it's on. provide the model of you HikVision NVR also.

Yes I am sure it is a PTZ mini speed dome camera

I can see the bracket are through clear dome which allows camera to pivot

maybe this camera fixed position where it see from all angles at the same time , i do not see motor or lttle belt that would allow camera to move

Yes it is with verifocal lens

no, it's a fixed camera with motorized lens, PTZ always named at SDXXXX, Speed Dome XXX
