- We have a brand new house and the chime either rang 10 times or Once, then 20 seconds later a second time. It annoyed my wife either way, I didn't want to mess with the chime in the house.
- Imou app has improved, sends notifications when DB11 is ringing, although app always seems to be offline if I attempt to view the image while it is ringing. Once the chime has stopped the device is always back online. Someone smarter than me can probably figure it out within the App, the device does not go offline when rung and watching through NVR or NVR Web access.
