Hi Everyone,
Need some help, i got a new dahua dh-xvr 1B08 device from a freelancer and he installed it in my house. Then when he left, i connect the receiver to a monitor via vga, the live images appear great then i saw on the left side. There are some options so i use the mouse and clickec to 'Main Menu' then the scree went blank and unable to detect vga signal.
Then i switched on and off the receiver and even remove the battery and switch on the power but still nothing detected. Then i change the monitor and used HDMi cable but still the same. Notbing detected. Please anyone can help?
