Hi Team.
I got this error every time there is a blackout, it will take the company genset to run with in 2 seconds max is 8 seconds, and will switch automatically if power provider is up.
The workstation is connected directly with a UPS, the cameras are connected with different switches with UPS.
As a solution to view the camera views, is to double click each group of the "Viewing Group" in DSS.
This is inside a Managers office and we found it inconvenient that he needs to click the views every now and then during/after blackouts.
Have you experience this kind of issues? How to fix it? I really need hel.
We checked the network and it is stable, as a proof our AV System using "sound machine" did not cut or turned off.
 
Check in devices, if all the cameras show online status.
 
Yes, all of the camera are online. Only on this VMS application got this problem. When I look on the NVR directly, all my cameras are online.
Is there any version of DSS have this issue?
