Dahua DVR gets offline P2P

My dahua dvr registers at P2P and stays online only for 2 hrs, after this the dvr cannot be reached, internally everything stays ok. When deleting and re- registering, same thing happens over and over. Tested also with no-ip and portforwarding (without p2p), same thing happens. Can my isp cause this ?

what version the firmware are you using?

Thx for reaction ! Version is 3.216.000000.0 Is this maybe a known bug ? should i update firmware ?

Tested directly on WAN, without routers and firewalls, same behaviour, 2 hrs working via p2p, after this DVR not reachable anymore
