Dahua IP Camera - Tour not working

I have a Dahua IP camera sd65f233xa-hnr and I am having issues with the Tour.
I have 8 presets in a tour that I can get to individually.
When I add the presets to a tour in SmartPSS, it goes to the first preset and stays there and dosen't move to the subsequent presets. The first preset tiltle appears after the predefined time but does not move to the next preset.
Using the web gui, I get the error "there is being in process of tour, some settings can't operation". please see attached image.

I have updated to the latest firmware

Hi, looking at your screenshot the camera is not told to move to different presets, on every tour-step it's the same preset.
Double click and change preset as per my pic.

If the problem is that you don't get the list of presets when double clicking - try a different browser.
