I have a few dahua ip ptz mini cameras at a couple properties. Right now they are setup basically fixed unless the owner wants them moved. I would like to get one on each wall and have it constantly roam/tour but it always gives me fits. Like I set it and the next day it's back to being fixed and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Any guides or info on it?
Should I do it through smart pss , nvr or directly through the camera?

Ok. I'll give it a try. Which browser works the best for you. Chrome seems to work better on some pcs vs IE and it switches on other pcs

If you program a tour, in idle motion setting, enable it and click tour after 1 minute. When someone takes control of the ptz, after one minute of no action, it will go back into tour mode by itself.

I find IE works best. If IE fails to open, usually firefox works. For programming the PTZ's, I use the web browser, not smart pss or pss.
