HI, i have an office with 9 cameras, all are same model IPC-HFW1230S1-S4 with firmware version
For some reason a camera does not display some characters in the date and channel title. I already checked the configuration, firmware version and it is identical to the other cameras.
If I put the following characters abcdefghijklmnñopqrstuvwxyz in the channel title, it shows
If i put --123456789--- it shows
If i put ABCDEFGHIJKLMNÑOPQRSTUVWXYZ it shows
And in the time title it shows
As you can see only some characters like -klmnñopqrstuvwxyzN are showing.
The camera has already been reset to factory settings but it still has the same problem.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I already did everything I could think of but I still have the same problem.
