I see the post about the Starlight product line lineup. Does anyone have a list of Dahua's IVS linup?

I am looking for their least expensive units. Thank you in advance.

pretty much all of them still being manufactured have IVS, it'll be listed in spec sheet.. im not maintaining a list of all cameras, they have a website for that.

be weary, if you cant find the model number on an english Dahua site then your likely getting a hacked Chinese Domestic model camera made of plastics and cant be updated w/OEM firmware w/out reverting to Chinese.. Most of the cheap units you find will be weak plastic china-only models hacked and resold on international market.. inside china they have cut corners to compete.

International Models are the best deal and highest quality

Thanks for that important info, Nayr. I found this site yesterday because I wanted to install a system on my house, and then I find out from my wife this morning that her car was broken into parked in front of our house...

I think the IVS would be helpful notifying me if people approach our vehicles at night.

I found this website that includes the IVS cameras, but I still haven't found anything to sort by the "IVS" feature. USA/IPCamera/ - Dahua Wiki

I am looking at getting this NVR:
DAHUA DHI-NVR52A08-8P-4KS2 8 CHANNEL 1U 4K H.265 NETWORK VIDEO RECORDER which I found on A1 Security Cameras for $531 with 1TB.

For the camera, I am looking at getting the Dahua DH-IPC-HFW44A1SN-I 4MP Outdoor Network Bullet Camera with 2.8mm lens from B&H Photo / Video for $140.

Nayr, would you recommend that Dahua NVR and camera?

Thank you.

Awesome, thanks. What do you mean by "import" them myself? Is there a good retailer that you recommend? Thanks

BTW - That Dahua Starlight Varifocal Turret looks awesome. Thanks for that extensive review.

@EMPIRETECANDY is the guy ive been getting mine from; directly from China.. thus imported.

warranty/support is minimal when importing; but given the cost savings its usually worth it.. we'll help u out w/support

@Cooper what´s your location? @EMPIRETECANDY is a good and reliable seller, he is well known here, but if you want to have full warrenty, like nayr said, a local dealer is not every time much expensiver, depending of your local taxes.

You can only use ivs, when smart codec is disabled. It's the same as face detection can't be used together with other ivs functions. Maybe this is meant with optional.
