Dahua IVS Rules Stopped working

Hi,

I have a fairly large setup, Dahua NVR + various Cameras.

IVS Rules set up and triggering to emails for years however all of a sudden some tripwires etc have stopped working.

The analytics no longer respond regardless. Rebooted NVR + Cameras but still no resolve.

My question is what would cause them to suddenly stop working?

You changed something? upgraded (automaticly) firmware somewhere?

check AI->AI Search->IVS on NVR - does it shows IVS events on camera channels with missing emails?

if yes, IVS events are created but don't send emails..

if not, IVS events are not created - something wrong with rules..

You must diagnose this to barebone..

Haha I thought everyone here are mind readers!

No firmware updates have happened.

No ivs events in the log…..strange because they have been working forever

ALL cameras quit recording IVS events or just some?

What model NVR?

Can you look at the playback timeline and see if they are being noted? (Colored hashmarks on the playback timeline)

Next is to actually view a camera with IVS rules on in playback and see if the rule lines flash red when activated
