Dahua NVR 3 A.M. beeping every night

My Dahua NVR beeps every night approx 3 times as if it is power cycling or some alarm is set. Any suggestions as to what exactly this is and more importantly how I can disable or prevent the nightly 3 A.M. beeping.

Turn off the automatic system reset

disable auto-maintain in the system settings
