Dahua NVR 4104-P Account blocked

Hallo,

we have bought a Dahua NVR 4104-P.
All went well during the installation.
We tried to setup the client software from the iphon and suddenly our accounts (admin, 666666, 888888 ) are bloced.

We have tried a lot of things.
We tried the DAHUA Code generator, but when we log in the system beeps for a long time but we can not enter.
I also tried the telnet login, but I havent got the password?
I have tried the config tool but I would like to have the firmware of the device. We have downloaded the firmware from the ftp site (mentioned in this forum). But we cannot insert it as it says LOGIN FAILED !


Can anyone help us further please ?

what was it. I have same scenerio when I login remotely it beeps and the NVR (hooked to monitors) blinks black then back. The computer it says invalid login. I think the web plugin on IE maybe corrupt but it's odd troubleshooting....
