All of the Lite Series NVR's (N42B** model numbers) have simultaneous VGA and HDMI outputs - so the outputs are mirrored.
The much more expensive Pro Series NVR's (N52A** model numbers) support a customized live view and panoramic displays, again with VGA and HDMI outs. I've never used so I can't speak to how well that works.

Also, keep in mind that in an IP system true call-up functionality is generally managed by video management software, not so much an NVR.
